We are open 51 weeks of the year, providing a nurturing environment from 7:30am to 6:00pm (excluding weekends and public holidays). To help with your planning, here is everything you need to know about our sessions and rates for the coming year.

Our Session Rates

• Full Day (7:30am – 6:00pm): £67.00
  (Ask us about our discounted rates for full-time, 51-week spaces)
• Morning Session (8:00am – 1:00pm): £57.00
• Afternoon Session (1:00pm – 6:00pm): £57.00

A quick note on timings: To ensure smooth transitions for the children, morning sessions end at 1:00pm and afternoon sessions begin at 1:00pm. Arrivals or departures outside these times are charged at the full daily rate.

Extra Days

If you need an occasional extra day (subject to availability), these are charged at the following rates and are payable at the time of booking:

• Extra Full Day: £69.00
• Extra AM or PM Session: £59.00

Helpful Financial Details

• All-Inclusive: Our daily rate and extra day rate includes a meal charge of £7.50 to ensure your child remains well-nourished throughout the day.
• Funded Places: For our funded children, our hourly rate is £6.50. All mealtimes are charged separately.
• Admin & Insurance: A £30.00 fee is due upon enrolment and thereafter every January to cover annual administration and insurance.
• Holidays: We close for one week over Christmas (dates confirmed annually). Please note that fees apply for Bank Holidays and any personal time off, as our costs remain the same.

Payment & Bookings

To keep things simple, we calculate fees over 51 weeks and divide them into 12 equal monthly payments. Funded children and teacher contracts are charged monthly from 1-31^st in advance.

• When to pay: Fees are due in advance via bank transfer by the 25th of the month, ensuring they reach us by the 1st.
• Consistency: To maintain our high standards of care and staffing, we cannot substitute or rearrange booked days for sick days or absences.
• Contracts: We recommend a minimum of two full days per week to help your child settle in and get the most out of their time with us. (This is advised but not essential).
• Refund policy: Should you leave the nursery at any time No monies are refundable.
• Tax-Free Childcare: We accept payments using the tax-free childcare account.

The nursery reserves the right to update fees and conditions as needed to continue providing the best care possible.
